Internal Communications Specialist

For our office in Delft, we are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist. Your role is to develop and execute a dynamic and effective internal communication strategy to enhance employee engagement and nurture company culture.

Your role

As part of the Public Relations team, you will work closely with Allseas’ Management to deliver key information, news and updates across the organisation. You will assess and where necessary recommend improvements to our internal communication tools and platforms, creating and managing content to boost engagement and build collaboration across a talented and energetic workforce.

We are looking for a strong communicator with a decisive mentality, able to extract information from Management that employees want and need to hear. 

What you will do:

• Develop and execute a dynamic and effective internal communication strategy, and translate it into a plan with communication tools and activities
• Identify key management decisions to share across the organisation, and translate them into clear and cohesive communications
• Support and advise Management, Managers and Department Heads in their communication, both towards their teams and their supervisors

What we expect from you

We are looking for a resilient, forward-thinker who can form trusted relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation. This role requires a determined and down-to-earth personality, a team player with eye for detail, who excels in a corporate, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong personality who is able to switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels
• Experience in internal communication with proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies
• Highly organised, strong planner with a hands-on, decisive mentality 
• HBO or WO level, gained through education or experience
• Fluent in English and Dutch

The Internal Communications Specialist reports to the Department Head Public Relations. While working on specific Management tasks, you will also report to the respective Management member.
