The Administrative Assistant Learning & Development Crew (L&D Crew) is responsible for the administrative process within the unit L&D Crew.
The Admin Assistant works together with the L&D Crew Specialists and supports them with the administrative part of their work. The main task will be processing the certificates of crew members into the systems. If required, assists the L&D Crew Specialists with some of their tasks, for example planning and booking of trainings according to matrices and organising (requesting) flights, hotels, travel etc. for training attendees.
MBO (NL), TSO (B) level education or equivalent.
Relevant experience in administration, preferably in an international company.
Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
Common knowledge of MS office.
