Mechanical Engineer

Are you a creative and experienced Mechanical Engineer ready for the next step in your career? To stay ahead in our industry Allseas develops a lot of our equipment ourselves. As a mechanical engineer at our office in Eindhoven you will play an important role in the design, development and implementation of cutting-edge custom built machinery.

Your role

As a mechanical engineer you will participate in designing custom built machinery from scratch. You will participate in design and development of mechanical systems. You will conduct detailed analysis , simulations and testing to validate design and ensure that the design meet performance, quality standards and safety. You will participate in design reviews, brainstorm sessions and problem solving initiatives.

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;

• Two years of proven experience in building custom built machinery;

• Experience in detail design in 3D using Autodesk Inventor;

• Some experience with designing precision mechanics.

Besides the above mentioned requirements you recognize yourself in the following characteristics

You are very flexible and keep up the positive spirit if the projects makes a 90 degree turn from one day to the other. You enjoy starting from scratch and have plenty ideas how to solve a task or problem. Besides that you like being responsible from concept to commissioning and you are able to take decisions by yourself. Your good communication skills will help you to defend and explain the choises you made to everybody involved.
