We are looking for a hands on and accurate Administrative Service Manager covering accounting, HR and office management functions for Allseas USA inc..

Your role

As the Administrative Service Manager you will report to the General Manager in the USA and there will be functional reporting line to the Unit Head General Ledger Accounting, who is located at our head office in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.

You are responsible for the full finance and accounting activities, in line with corporate standards and in compliance with local accounting and tax regulations. In addition to this you will provide HR support and payroll service and you will support to the legal entity/ office management.

Emphasis is placed on the following:

  • Manage all statutory financial matters, including external audits and local tax matters

  • Be the full owner of the financial statements and notes for country legal entities according to local GAAP

  • Ensure appropriate accounting of project balances

  • Perform the closing tasks within deadlines to produce a trial balance for the legal entities

  • HR and salary administration, reporting, payroll, advising departments on employee related personnel matters, as well as onboarding new personnel

What we expect from you

The successful candidate has experience in an international working environment. You will have a hands-on mentality, common sense and comfortable to work independently.

  • Solid financial accounting experience of at least 5 years

  • Good knowledge of an ERP Oracle or SAP

  • Experience with the US country rules, regulations and compliance requirements
