We are seeking a passionate and proactive P&O Assistant to join our P&O Offices Department in Delft, the Netherlands. Our P&O Assistants perform a wide variety of duties in support of office personnel matters, including recruitment and retention, employment conditions, contractual changes and employee benefits. The P&O Assistant reports directly to the Manager P&O.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, be confident and organised with excellent communication skills.

Your role

  • Provide administrative support to the P&O Consultants
  • Handle administrative formalities for all personnel changes
  • Ensure all personnel files are updated with relevant information
  • Serve as first contact point for questions about the employment conditions
  • Prepare and deliver (monthly) P&O reports
  • Report illness and recovery to the Arbo-Unie and manage the absence administration in general

What we expect from you

  • Administrative MBO degree in Personnel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ in an administrative P&O function, preferably in offshore, marine or engineering environment
  • Experience with Oracle is a pre
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accurate
  • Hands on mentality
