An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Foreman Welder with proven supervising experience to join our Fabrications Department in Heusden, the Netherlands. The Foreman Welder is responsible for planning and co-ordinating the daily performance of Allseas’ welding activities within Allseas Fabrication, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Foreman Welder reports directly to the Unit Head Fabrication.

• Manage welding activities in support of fabrication projects, ensuring works are delivered on time and to cost, and that assets meet all the necessary technical and quality requirements;
• Prepare and manage work schedules;
• Manage staff and, as required, contractors;
• Check and monitor the quality of fabricated goods/parts/materials.

What we expect from you

What we expect from you

• Related welding experience, preferably in the offshore/steel industry;
• 8+ years’ supervising experience, preferably in the offshore/steel industry;
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of welding procedures;
• Extensive experience of working within an ISO 9001 quality management environment;
• Good organiser and planner;
• Good communicator with colleagues of different levels;
• Be able to motivate and create a positive atmosphere in the team;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
