- Engineering, preparation and removal of the ~13,000 t Heather Alpha topsides
- Pre-lift preparation work including underdeck removal of structures and design and installation of under deck lift points
- Cutting of the platform legs
- Design and fabrication of support stool interfaces and grillage
- Transfer of topsides from Pioneering Spirit to Iron Lady
- Load-in topsides from Iron Lady to dismantling yard
- Dismantling and disposal of topsides
