Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management talks about Catchy

“Catchy is a new way of collecting river waste and it also gives us valuable insights in where the waste comes from so we can determine what to do with it” says Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Cora van Nieuwenhuizen. Allseas developed Catchy, an innovative system located at the Vijfsluizer harbour in Schiedam to catch waste before it flows out to sea.

Catchy  will remain at the harbour for one year as a pilot with the possibility of installing the system in other places where river waste accumulates.
