Scope of work
- Installation of both 16/22-inch Multiphase PIP pipelines with a length of 6.8-km and 0.7-km.
- Installation of two 0.7-km long 6-inch Gaslift pipelines.
- Design, fabricate and install multiple 16-inch CRA/Duplex PLEM/PLET/bulk-head structures and fabrication of multiple CS 6-inch PLEM/PLET structures.
- Fabricate and installation of large amount of mattress to be used to safeguard cable crossings locations
- Fabrication and installation of GRP covers required to protect the subsea structures
- Support activities, incl. pre- and post-lay surveys, crossing preparations
- Trenching of Multiphase flowline and water injection pipeline.
- Pre-commissioning of all four pipelines.
Project specials
- Design and fabricate PIP system and install it in Pioneering Spirit firing line
- First time use of Allseas in-house developed FJC PP sheet wrapping machine
- First time installation of large PLEM/ILT structures with Pioneering Spirit
- Installation of CRA pipeline with first-time use of surface tension transfer technology (STT) for root pass welding
- Installation of 6-inch pipeline with Pioneering Spirit in low tension mode
