Team Lead Supportdesk

The Supportdesk consists of complementary roles of high skilled Supportdesk Engineers and is located within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The IT Department is responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting Allseas' information technology infrastructure, enabling the organisation to leverage both information and technology in an efficient, productive and secure manner. 

The Team Lead Supportdesk reports directly to the Department Head IT. While working on specific projects, he/she will also report to the respective Project Manager.

Your role

  • Coaching, motivate and manage the Support desk Engineers
  • Member of the Change Advisory Board
  • Manage and maintain excellent customer service
  • Manage license lifecycle and IT assets
  • Handling incidents, problems and changes within the agreed lead times and correctly registering them within the ticketing system used.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines of the Support desk Engineers, so that they are able to fulfil their role better
  • Promote and support the continuous improvement and innovation of activities and processes to improve overall service efficiency within the Supportdesk; 
  • Act as project leader
  • Produce and analyse management reports

What we expect from you

Education and training:

  • MBO/HBO degree
  • Microsoft MCDST/MCITP/MCSA/MCSE certification
  • ITIL foundation


  • Minimum I-2 years'- confirmed - professional experience as a team leader/supervisor
  • ITIL  v3 Service Management experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Senior Support desk Engineer
  • Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English
  • A broad and up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and resources
  • In dept knowledge of Topdesk
