HR Assistant

We are looking for a passionate, accurate and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR Offices & Yards Department in Delft, the Netherlands for a period of six months.

The department supports managers and employees by managing all personnel matters including recruitment and retention, employment conditions, career development, disciplinary matters, performance management, contractual changes and employee benefits, including the company pension and insurance schemes. 

Your role

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of four HR Assistants, providing support in office personnel matters such as employment conditions, contractual changes and employee benefits. The HR Assistants are usually the first point of contact for employees. Next to that, they support the HR Consultants.

Your role will be to

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Consultants
  • Manage all operational HR related activities for employees joining and leaving the company and changes in personal information
  • Ensure all personnel files are updated with relevant letters, memos, contracts, appraisals, trainings and salary mutations
  • Provide the right advise to employee queries about the Allseas HR policy and procedures
  • Manage the absence registration 
  • Prepare employee and workforce reports, any standard or non-standard HR report needed internally 
  • Ensure data privacy and HR compliance

What we expect from you

To be successful in this role you have a hands-on mentality and excellent administrative and organisational skills. You are accurate and pro-active. The ideal candidate has previous HR experience, is confident and organised with excellent communication skills. 

Besides this you have

  • Bachelor degree in Personnel Management with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative HR function or equivalent
  • Experience with Oracle is a pre
  • Good Excel skills. 
  • Good command of the English and Dutch language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
