We are currently looking for a Planning & Co-ordination Officer to join our Material Management Department in our world-class fabrication, maintenance, repair and test site in Heijningen the Netherlands. 

The Material Management Department is responsible for all logistical elements of supply chain management within Allseas.

Your role

In this role you plan, co-ordinate and control the Heijningen Yard and Material Management operations.

Your responsibilities are 

• coordination of in- and outbound transports
• customs administration for both in- and outbound shipments
• mobilisation/demobilisation of projects/vessels (including backload)
• complete, correct and timely delivery of all required materials
• inspection of materials and registration in the ERP system
• compliance with authorities (e.g. customs, DCMR)
• control of performances, customs goods, gas/dangerous goods, loads, containers/reefers
• container management
• daily communication with Production, Fabrication and Logistics departments
• customer service to vessels, projects and departments.

What we expect from you

To be successful in this role, you have

• MBO degree (preferably in logistics)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within logistics planning and/or maritime operations
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
