We are seeking a Junior HR Crew Consultant to join our HR Crew Department in Essen, Belgium. 

In this dynamic role you support the HR Crew Consultant with a wide range of activities such as payroll related administration, sickness / absence administration and keeping the HR database up-to-date. 

What we expect from you

To be successful in this role you have

• HBO degree in HR or equivalent;
• preferably, a first experience in an international work environment;
• good understanding of working with Microsoft applications;
• thorough knowledge of Dutch and English; both written and spoken. 

You are a resilient team player with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills.
