We are looking for an Assistant Transport Co-ordinator to take charge of the administrative process at our busy logistics yard at Rotterdam Port, the Netherlands. Our Rotterdam yard is the logistics centre for all project materials and vessel consumables, and provides storage and maintenance for project equipment. Working within the Material Management Department, the Assistant Transport Co-ordinator provides first-class administrative support to project teams and internal departments, coordinating and streamlining the repositioning of equipment and materials for Allseas projects worldwide.
Specific support tasks include speedily and efficiently preparing and monitoring requisitions and purchase orders, administering project status and progress reports, managing supplier contact information and maintaining and organising project documents and files. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick leaner with proven administrative experience, and pressure with an eye for detail.
