We are looking for a passionate and proactive P&O Administrative Assistant to join our P&O Offices Department in Delft, the Netherlands. Our P&O Assistants provides administrative support on a number of office personnel matters, including recruitment and retention, employment conditions, contractual changes and employee benefits. The P&O administrative Assistant reports directly to the Manager P&O.

The ideal candidate must have previous administrative experience, be confident and organised with excellent communication skills.

Your role

For both

  • Provide administrative support to at first the Salary Administrator and later also the P&O Consultants
  • Ensure all personnel files are updated with relevant information
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and respect for all policies and regulations

Specific for Salary Administration

  • Support the Salary Administration for the accurate and timely payment of monthly salaries and other payroll related actions

Specific for P&O Support

  • Handle all administrative P&O formalities for all personnel changes
  • Serve as first point of contact for questions about the employment conditions

What we expect from you

  • MEAO Human Resource Management or Salary Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience in a supporting role for Salary Administration or P&O/HR
  • Working experience in a similar industry is a pre
  • Experience with Cobra and/or Oracle is a pre
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Accurate
  • Hands on mentality
