Draftsman / -woman

Do you have an eye for detail, knowledge of mechanical installations and are you familiar with the CAD software Autodesk Inventor? We are looking for Draftsmen/Draftswoman to join our Drawing Office in Delft (32-40 hours per week).

The Drawing Office is responsible for all drawing work within Allseas. Together with 55 fellow Draftsmen/Draftswomen, you will work for, among others, the Technical and Innovations Departments and for our pipelay and heavy lift projects in close collaboration with the engineers of these departments or projects.

Your role

As a Draftsman/Draftswoman, your main responsibility is to create detailed drawings that are used for developing structures and/or equipment or carrying out pipelay or heavy lift projects. You will make these drawings according to the specifications provided and the applicable standards. Accuracy is pivotal.

In addition, you will work together with fellow Draftsmen/Draftswomen on the same project and assist them in identifying technical problems. If you see solutions, you discuss them within your team. Improving your team’s way of working is a continuous process.

What we expect from you

• MTS or HTS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Affinity with technology
• Experience with AutoCad/Inventor is preferable. We are happy to provide additional training for you.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
