Heavy Lift Engineer
Allseas’ offshore construction vessel Pioneering Spirit has a current order book for numerous topsides and jacket removals as well as platform installations, and several platform preparations campaigns. As a Heavy Lift Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Agile team with creative Heavy Lift Engineers, Structural Engineers, Naval Architects and Draftsmen/women. This team is overseeing the concept, basic and detailed engineering phases for the projects in Allseas portfolio, ranging from the heaviest topsides and jacket lifts to date and associated platform preparations campaigns. Basically, all the engineering required for a safe and economical project execution by Allseas heavy lift fleet, utilizing the topsides lift system, jacket lift system, 5000 tonnes crane and support vessels capabilities.
Our Heavy Lift Engineers have a wide range of tasks covering the provision of technical solutions as well as writing operational procedures and provision of offshore support. This includes the design of topsides and jacket lift plans, destruct zones, (subsea) separation scopes, conductor removal, load transfer operations, platform preparations, crane operation and associated rigging, provision of client design input.
