Internal Communications Specialist

For our office in Delft, we are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to support and further shape our internal communications strategy and develop communication plans and tools to enhance employee engagement and nurture company culture.

Your role

As part of the Corporate Communications team, reporting to our Department Head Corporate Communications, you will source, create and deliver key information, news and updates to our employees worldwide. You will assess and where necessary recommend improvements to optimise our internal communication tools and processes. You create and manage content to boost engagement, interaction and collaboration across a talented and energetic workforce. We are looking for a strong communicator with a decisive mentality, able to prepare and align information that employees want and need to hear.

What you will do:

• Develop, implement and monitor communication plans comprising effective communications tools and activities for internal audiences to achieve the company’s corporate objectives
• Provide internal communication advice throughout the organisation and be a sparring partner for management regarding internal communication
• Contribute to growing employee engagement within the organisation by creating and delivering content for different internal communications channels (memos, news updates, portal, employee magazine, etc.)

• Strong personality who can switch between strategic and operational levels
• Experience in internal communication with track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies
• Highly organised, strong planner with a hands-on, decisive mentality
• HBO or WO level, gained through education or experience
• Fluent in English and Dutch
