We are looking for a self-motivated Supportdesk Engineer specialising in SCCM administration and configuration to join our IT Department in Delft, the Netherlands. Part of the Supportdesk Engineering Team, you are responsible for providing high quality, customer-oriented technical support to ensure optimal operation and usage of Allseas’ IT infrastructure resources.

Our Supportdesk Engineering Team supports, maintains, analyses, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems for Allseas sites and vessels around the world. The idea candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft systems in a busy, international work environment, and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and organisational skills.

Your role

• Maintain the SCCM environment on a daily bases, taking care for packaging, deployments, updates, Imaging, Scripting and PowerShell
• Create and maintain a Hyper-V environment for testing VMs
• Identify, resolve, and document problems and potential enhancements
• Install, configure and document standard software packages
• Provide solutions for hardware and software technical problems
• Administer the configuration management database; Topdesk • Step in and assist IT Supportdesk during busy periods
• Log, prioritise, investigate and resolve in a timely manner incidents and/or queries received via telephone, e-mail and walk-in, in accordance with expected standards

What we expect from you

• MBO degree or equivalent
• Microsoft MCDST/MCITP and/or MCSA certification
• Minimum 2 years SCCM experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers 2012/2016, desktop OS 7/10, and Microsoft Office 2016, O365
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
• Able to set priorities, stress tolerant and service oriented
