We are looking for a Medior Functional System Administrator with specialist knowledge of Oracle EBS modules to join our Functional Application Support (FAS) Department in Delft, the Netherlands. The FAS provides specific finance support and advice for all the different active management systems, information systems and databases within Allseas.

As a Medior Functional System Administrator, you will provide the best possible service to support Allseas’ tenders and projects in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the contract. The ideal candidate is stress tolerant, pro-active and pragmatic, with a deep functional and application knowledge working with EBS ERP.

Your role

  • Review proposals for development and advice
  • Test and document all changes before installation and define internal training specs if required for a user
  • Plan and co-ordinate interventions, maintenance, updates/upgrades and procedural changes
  • Handle bug reporting
  • Maintain and monitor operational contacts with external suppliers in the responsibility area
  • Develop data retrieval and reporting queries
  • Develop and document procedures for proper functioning of the information systems

What we expect from you

  • BSc degree/WO degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 2-5 years’ experience with the discipline-related standards, preferably project related
  • Experience with Oracle EBS financial modules like AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, GL
  • Experience with related applications like APRO, SQL, reporting tools (OBIEE), Web ADI, Hyperion, Project Accounting
  • Strong financial background
  • Active knowledge of information system administration functions combined with knowledge of interface systems and active interfaces
  • Able to organise and plan own work
  • Stress tolerant, pro-active and pragmatic personality with a strong client focus
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, is a must
