We are currently looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Network Engineering Team based in Delft, the Netherlands. The team comprises complementary roles of highly skilled Network Engineers and is part of Allseas’ larger IT Department. Network Engineers are responsible for configuring and maintaining Allseas’ network devices and services, monitoring system performance, performing system and equipment tests, checks and upgrades, troubleshooting and providing general IT support across the organisation.

Your role

• Support, maintain, test, install and document Allseas’ corporate network environment, including vessels, project sites and yard locations
• Configure, install and maintain Allseas hardware and network devices
• Monitor network performance and security; ensure system availability and reliability
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects for offices, yards and vessels
• Apply maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot complex installations

What we expect from you

• MBO or HBO degree in Information Technology or related subject
• Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory) with excellent knowledge of Windows AD, Server 2003-2016, Exchange, Hyper-V and clustering
• Cisco CCNA certification
• 5-10 years’ experience in information systems
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel
