We are seeking a passionate and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our P&O Crew Department in Essen, Belgium. Our Administrative Assistants provide all necessary administrative and office support activities and report directly to the Unit Head Marine Consultants.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will be degree-educated, with proven administrative experience, ideally in the offshore or marine industry, and confident with an eye for detail.

Your role

  • Provide administrative support to the P&O Vessels Department
  • Ensure all personnel files are updated with relevant information, such as passports and certificates
  • Co-ordinate processing of invoices

What we expect from you

  • Administrative degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ in an administrative function, preferably in offshore, marine or engineering environment
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accurate
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Hands on mentality
