We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator for our busy logistics yard at Rotterdam Port, the Netherlands. Our Rotterdam yard is the logistics centre for project materials and vessel consumables, and provides storage and maintenance of project equipment. The Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator works within the Material Management Department and is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of the warehouse scope for all warehouses (on- and offshore) within the Allseas organisation.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing division of the organisation, supporting multiple vessels and projects worldwide. The successful candidate will have proven experience analysing warehouse operations, and be able to propose change, improve performance and reduce costs.

Your role

• Stock control on- and offshore
• Perform physical verification of inventory
• Monitoring of inventory levels (min/max) and act accordingly
• Conduct thorough analyses of the processes in the warehouses in order to optimize and update warehouse processes and instructions
• Monitor and follow up processes
• Initiate and develop procedures to improve logistics processes, procedures and working practice
• Train warehouse staff on- and offshore

What we expect from you

• Excellent understanding of inventory processes and control
• HBO degree with a logistical or technical background
• Excellent ERP (Oracle) knowledge, both in general and in business intelligence
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• BOSIET
• Willingness to travel (visit vessels 40%)
