An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Foreman Fitter to join our Fabrications Department in Heusden, the Netherlands. The Foreman Fitter is responsible for planning and co-ordinating the daily performance of Allseas’ fitting activities within Allseas Fabrication, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Foreman Fitter reports directly to the Supervisor Fabrication Shop.

Your role

• Manage fitting activities in support of fabrication projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to cost, and that assets meet all the necessary technical and quality requirements
• Prepare and manage work schedules
• Manage staff and, as required, contractors
• Check and monitor the quality of fabricated goods/parts/materials

What we expect from you

• Related fitting experience, preferably in the offshore/steel industry
• 8+ years’ supervising experience, preferably in the offshore/steel industry
• Extensive experience of working within an ISO 9001 quality management environment
• Good organiser and planner
• Good communicator with colleagues of different levels
• Be able to motivate and create a positive atmosphere in the team
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken
