We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across Allseas’ offices and yards. Part of our P&O Offices Department in Delft, the Netherlands, you will be responsible for sourcing professionals to fill roles of all levels across the organisation, using your knowledge and experience of recruitment to procure the very best talent. You will deliver a complete recruitment service, screening applicants ensuring the managers only see the best ones, demonstrating good market knowledge of salaries and job specifications.

Candidates will have the ability to successfully multi-task, possess strong negotiation and communication skills and be comfortable and experienced working in a fast moving and high paced environment. We are looking for someone who will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities.

Your role

  • Source, screen and recruit new staff (fixed and temporary) for all vacancies across the Allseas Offices organisation
  • Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as the corporate website, job boards, professional networking websites
  • Develop and maintain agency relationships (recruitment, temporary and secondment employment agencies) and negotiate rates to reflect the budgets
  • Co-ordinate all recruitment activities (interviews, presence at recruitment fairs, feedback to candidates and agencies, advertisements) in close cooperation with other parties involved
  • Set up and maintain Allseas recruitment system (Carrerix)
  • Determine the labour market communication and execute social media communication in close relationship with the Public Relations Department Support
  • Develop and execute the recruitment strategy and maintain a recruitment calendar
  • Provide input to monthly P&O reports and keep an overview of all vacancies and recruitment activities
  • Keep track of labour market developments and inform the P&O Manager

What we expect from you

  • Degree-educated in ‘Personeel & Arbeid’ or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ corporate recruitment experience, preferably in an offshore, marine or engineering environment, or (technical) employment agency
  • Experience with the Carrerix recruitment system is a must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
