Learning & Development Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Allseas’ P&O Offices Department for an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Specialist with a proven track record in Learning & Development. Our P&O department manages all personnel matters including recruitment and retention, employment conditions, career development, disciplinary matters, performance management, contractual changes and employee benefits, including the company pension and insurance schemes.

The Learning & Development Specialist deals with all personnel learning & development activities in line with business objectives and goals.

Your role

• Monitor learning & development interventions to ensure, appropriate identification, effective delivery, including attendance, content method, evaluation, lessons learned, etc.;
• Engage and build strong relationships with business stakeholders, training vendors/suppliers, etc.;
• Plan year calendar in-house trainings;
• Initiate and drive the management and leadership programme;
• Initiate and propose “Competence based learning”;
• Develop in-house training programmes with in/external trainers/experts;
• Develop learning plans per department in cooperation with the Supervisor/ Department Head;
• Maintain and update the Learning & Development portal site;
• Register employees with external training institutes; and
• Update Learning & Development processes and procedures.

What we expect from you

• MSc or Bachelor degree;
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with a large international company in a similar role;
