Regina Haddorp

Unit Head Innovations

After my studies in Germany, I started working at Allseas as an R&D Engineer on trenching and Arctic projects, after which I worked as a Field Engineer for three years staying on board of Calamity Jane, one of Allseas’ support vessels regularly.

Later, I became responsible for supervising trenching projects. It is very rewarding to work together on the whole process of delivering input for proposals up to and including the supervision of the execution of projects on board. In addition to installation projects, I am also involved in the modification of our vessels. Due to the complexity of the projects, you usually work in teams, although on an independent basis.

Allseas is a dynamic company where you get the opportunity to develop yourself with your own preferences and talents as a starting point. There are always many challenging projects: the feasibility of new ideas is examined while existing vessels are continually being improved. In short, Allseas is an innovative and successful offshore company with a pleasant working atmosphere, where new challenges are continuously being taken on.
